At Kostlich Pickles, we take great care in delivering high-quality, fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any food products due to health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases

Damaged or Spoiled Products: If the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated. Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item in your order. Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email kostlichpickles@gamil.com with the following details:

- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product
- Description of the issue


Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders cannot be canceled as they are already being processed. To request a cancellation, contact us at kostlichpickles@gamil.com as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on food products due to hygiene and safety regulations. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacement will be done within 5-7 Business days.
